Jesus

Jesus is "the way, the truth and the life" (Jn 14:6). Jesus is the good news, the gospel (gospel means good news). Christianity is not about Jesus, but about an encounter with Jesus. Getting to know Jesus himself and having a friendship with him.

Being Christian is not the result of an ethical choice or a lofty idea, but the encounter with an event, a person, which gives life a new horizon and a decisive direction. (Deus Caritas Est, pope Benedict XVI)

We can encounter Jesus in many ways. The simplest way is to just ask him into your life
