• Summarise: A particular book needs to be summarised.
• Fix: There is a bug with the site. Something is not looking right or not working. Describe the task in as much detail as possible. Include the URL in your description.
• Improve: What needs to be improved on the site. This could be particular articles, the way the site works, colours, anything.
• Write: Is there a missing topic? Make a suggestion.
• Other: Everything else.
