How to review Accuracy (Theological review)

This review process is the first phase of the reviewing content. It is called 'review accuracy' but also 'theological review'. It is the phase to check ALL of the accuracy of what is written including correct links and statements. It is also focused on the theological accuracy. Content accuracy is only about ensuring all the points made are accurate. Theological accuracy also covers this, but should also include an awareness of how that topic is logically related to other topics and what should be explained where. In terms of content structure, each doc should be focused on one particular point, but also introduce other related points which have their own doc. The linkage can be made from either side, but the explanation of the each topic should have its own doc. Any reference to another topic should be a link to that topic much like Wikipedia.

CHOOSING CONTENT TO BE REVIEWED

Docs will be the content type that you will mostly review, but images, links and books also need to be reviewed.

Once you have been granted the theologian role, you will have a list of resources to theologically review on your profile that acts as a dashboard. If you find content on the site that needs better theological review, then you can either review it yourself or send it to review.

To send it for review, click on the edit button, giving a comment of your concerns and changing the status to review theologically (the live version will still be live, but the editable version will now be set to theological review). There can only be one version going through review at a time.

To review it yourself, just click on the edit button and follow the method below.

WHAT TO CLICK AND EDIT

To start the review, click on the edit button (either on the resource or in the list of resources for theological review).

Edit the document appropriately in the 'body'.

Make a comment in the 'Revision log message' (top right). This comment will normally make the point(s) of what you fixed and maybe why.

Change the status at the bottom to 'review pedagogy'.

Click save.

If during the process you think a linked resource (book, link image) also needs editing, then edit it appropriately.

HOW TO REVIEW

Content should be sufficiently mature and complete that it is ready to be checked. If the content needs more work then send it back by changing the status to draft and add an appropriate comment.
